Zhito Financial News APP News, Wisdom Home Technology (02481.HK) announced that, starting from August 22, 2025: (i) Mr. Li Baoshan, Chairman and Executive Director, will cease to serve as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee; (ii) Dr. Zhu Qing, an independent non-executive director and member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; (iii) Ms. Xu Lijie, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
