Yongtai Yun: Application for the issuance of stocks to specific targets has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

On the evening of August 21, Yongtai Yun announced that the company had received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange concerning the acceptance of the application document for the issuance of stocks to specific investors by Yongtai Yun Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has reviewed the application document submitted by the company for the issuance of stocks to specific investors and deemed it complete, and therefore decided to accept it. The issuance of stocks to specific investors by the company still needs to be reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
