The United States has announced sanctions against four International Criminal Court judges and prosecutors.

On August 20th local time, the US State Department issued a statement saying that the United States will impose sanctions on two judges and two deputy prosecutors of the International Criminal Court. The reason is that they directly participated in investigations, arrests, detentions, or prosecutions of citizens of the US and Israel without the consent of the respective governments.
