On August 19, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, in which it mentioned that, in view of the termination of the group's comprehensive consolidation disclosed in the performance announcement, the Stock Exchange set out the following additional resumption guidelines for the company: to conduct an independent internal monitoring review and demonstrate that the company has established adequate and effective internal monitoring and procedures to fulfill its obligations under the listing rules.
