Blue lithium announcement, wholly-owned subsidiary Tenpower Malaysia Sdn Bhd signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Nengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties will collaborate on specific product development, trial production and verification, commission production, and establish a joint venture company for product sales. The joint venture company will be funded by 49% from Malaysia's Tenpower and 51% from Taiwan's Nengyuan. The cooperation aims to enhance the company's research and development and manufacturing capabilities in the high-end product field, which will help improve the production capacity utilization rate of Malaysia's Tenpower and play a positive role in the continuous development of the company's lithium battery business.
