Heilongjiang adjusts the subsidy policy for trading in old items for new consumer goods.

The Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province issued a notice on the adjustment of the subsidy policy for trading in old products for new ones. It was proposed that starting from August 23, individual consumers participating in the subsidy policy for car replacement and renewal in Heilongjiang Province will be given subsidies in three tiers based on the purchase price of the new car. For gasoline vehicles with a new car sales price below 150,000 yuan, a subsidy of 500 yuan per vehicle will be provided, 800 yuan per vehicle for prices between 150,000 and 250,000 yuan, and 1,100 yuan per vehicle for prices above 250,000 yuan. The subsidy standards for new energy vehicles will be increased by 0.2 yuan for each tier compared to gasoline vehicles. Consumers who purchase new cars before August 22 will follow the original subsidy standards. In addition to the adjustment of the subsidy standards, all other matters will be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Subsidy for Car Replacement and Renewal in Heilongjiang Province by 2025". The date of purchase and price of the new car shall be based on the date of issuance of the "Unified Invoice for the Sale of Motor Vehicles" and the indicated price.
