On the morning of August 19th, China Aviation Group Co., Ltd. held a meeting for middle and senior management. The responsible comrade from the Central Organization Department announced the decision of the Party Central Committee to adjust the main leadership of China Aviation Group Co., Ltd.: Comrade Liu Tiexiang was appointed as the Chairman and Party Secretary of China Aviation Group Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his positions as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary of China Eastern Airlines Group Co., Ltd.; Comrade Ma Chongxian was relieved of his positions as Chairman and Party Secretary of China Aviation Group Co., Ltd. The appointments and dismissals of related positions shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
