The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province has issued a document titled "Guangdong Province's Policies and Measures for Promoting the High-quality Development of Commercial Aerospace", in which it proposes to support the construction of satellite constellations. It supports enterprises investing in the construction of satellite constellations for civil and commercial use, providing a "green channel" service for project application and approval, and offering support for the coordination and guarantee of satellite frequency and orbit resources. It encourages enterprises to develop satellite networks and constellation construction in Guangdong Province, and encourages local governments to increase their support and investment in satellite constellation construction. For enterprises that successfully build networks and put them into operation, relevant provincial departments will study post-award support measures, further consolidating and enhancing the industry's market competitiveness, nurturing and driving the development of related industry clusters and innovative ecosystems.
