According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shenzhen Hongzhi Micro Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: battery manufacturing; battery sales; battery rental; research and development of distribution switch control equipment; and rental of photovoltaic power generation equipment. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Hongfuhao and others.
