The Shanghai Municipal Government has issued the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Development of 'AI+ Manufacturing' in Shanghai." It proposes to promote the upgrading of industrial cloud enterprises to create a smart computing cloud, focusing on researching low-latency distributed inference architecture, factory-level computing power scheduling, and developing tool modules such as text processing, model training, model management, and intelligent agent development. The plan is to provide services such as "text data packages," "computing power packages," and "model packages," to support the transformation and upgrading of large, medium, and small enterprises through various deployment options such as cloud-based, localized, and miniaturized solutions. It also aims to promote the connection of professional service providers with industrial smart computing clouds, iteratively developing intelligent tools and intelligent agents for vertical industries, gradually forming the capability of model-as-a-service.
