On August 19, the China Listed Companies Association officially released the "Report on Listed Companies' Mergers and Acquisitions". The China Listed Companies Association stated that in the next step, they will take multiple measures to support listed companies in carrying out mergers and acquisitions in a standardized manner, organize policy advocacy meetings on mergers and acquisitions, collaborate with local governments to facilitate connections between industry and finance, regularly organize closed-door discussions on mergers and acquisitions, and explore the establishment of a mergers and acquisitions information platform by participating in activities with industrial listed companies.
