It was reported that active layouts of health intervention pilot projects have been carried out, forming models that are widely promoted. The General Administration of Sport of China has addressed prominent issues such as myopia, obesity, and scoliosis among young people in 12 provinces, initially forming a model of physical health intervention for young people that includes exercise intervention, health education, tracking and monitoring, establishment of records, and evaluation of results. The abnormal physical health data of young people in pilot schools has generally decreased, their physical fitness has significantly improved, and issues like obesity and myopia have been effectively controlled. Parents and teachers have seen tangible results, leading more places to draw on related experiences. Scientific exercise intervention is benefiting a wider range of young people.
