Shanghai Municipality releases implementation plan to accelerate the development of "AI+ manufacturing"

The Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission, the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission, and the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission released the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Development of 'AI+ Manufacturing' in Shanghai" on the 19th. It proposes implementing the "Mold ShanghaiAI+ Manufacturing" initiative to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and the manufacturing industry, accelerate the empowerment of new industrialization, and form new quality productive forces. Through three years of effort, the level of intelligent development in the city's manufacturing industry will be further improved, with a number of innovative achievements in areas such as data, models, platforms, and scenarios. It aims to promote 3,000 manufacturing companies to achieve intelligent applications; build 10 industry benchmark models, form 100 benchmark intelligent products; promote 100 demonstration application scenarios, construct around 10 "AI+ Manufacturing" demonstration factories; develop approximately 5 comprehensive integrated service providers, cultivate a batch of competitive professional service providers, and accelerate the formation of an intelligent development ecosystem for the manufacturing industry.
