Shein reportedly considering relocating its headquarters back to China.

According to informed sources, Shein is considering relocating its headquarters back to China in order to pave the way for a Hong Kong IPO. The sources also stated that Shein, currently registered in Singapore, has consulted lawyers regarding establishing a parent company in mainland China. The discussions are still in the preliminary stages and it is uncertain whether Shein will be able to proceed with this.
