On August 13th, the Agricultural Bank of China website released a Q&A regarding the personal consumer loan interest subsidy policy that customers are concerned about. The Agricultural Bank stated that for customers who qualify for the interest subsidy funds, when they repay their personal consumer loans at the bank, the bank will calculate the subsidy amount based on the policy-prescribed subsidy ratio and upper limit of subsidy, and deduct the financial subsidy funds directly when collecting loan interest.
