China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals (00661.HK): Chinalco Fifteen Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 100% equity of Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Wisdom Financial News APP learned that China Daye Nonferrous Metals (00661.HK) announced that in order to implement the important deployment of accelerating the optimization and restructuring of state-owned economy and the specific requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the professional integration of central enterprises, to further optimize internal resource allocation, the company's controlling shareholder, Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "parent company"), has signed an intention agreement with the parent company and the controlling shareholder of the company, China Nonferrous Mining Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Nonferrous Mining"), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Fifteen Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongse Fifteen Metallurgical"), on August 11, 2025, according to which, Zhongse Fifteen Metallurgical will acquire 100% equity of the company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Daye Nonferrous Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. As of July 31, 2025, the total value of assets involved in the possible sale is approximately RMB 130 million. The expected price will be determined by the company and Zhongse Fifteen Metallurgical through fair negotiation in the final and legally binding formal agreement.
