According to the Ministry of Water Resources, due to the impact of rainfall, 8 small and medium-sized rivers in Sichuan have experienced floods above the warning level, with the tributary Xi River of Tuojiang experiencing floods above the protection level. In addition, there are 12 stations in the Taihu Lake area and the LiXiahe region in Jiangsu where water levels are 0.02 to 0.47 meters above the warning level. Currently, the Ministry of Water Resources has maintained a Level IV emergency response for flood control in Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang and other 13 provinces and regions.
