Qianli Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rui Lan Manufacturing, intends to sign a technology transfer agreement with Ningbo Geely Automobile Research and Development Co., Ltd., transferring the intellectual property rights of the research vehicle model to Ningbo Research Institute for a transaction price of 345 million yuan. Project P658 is an extended-range vehicle model developed by the company itself and is currently still in the development stage, with normal progress in research and development and technology usage.
