BMW returned to the Panda bond market and completed the issuance of 3.5 billion yuan in bonds.

On July 31, according to Deutsche Bank, BMW Group returned to the Panda bond market and recently completed the issuance of a total of 3.5 billion yuan of one-year and three-year renminbi bonds since the beginning of the year. The issuer of the Panda bonds is BMW China Capital B.V., a fully owned subsidiary guaranteed by BMW, aimed at assisting in the financing arrangements of various businesses within the BMW Group. Deutsche Bank served as the joint lead underwriter for this Panda bond issuance.
