The company intends to issue convertible bonds in an amount not exceeding 1 billion yuan, with an initial conversion price not lower than the average trading price of the company's A shares in the 20 trading days before the announcement of the prospectus and the previous trading day. The funds raised from this issuance will be used entirely for the high-end printed circuit board project.
