(hereinafter referred to as "Thailand Far East") and 20% equity of Thailand Far East held by Xiamen Gentley Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gentley Trading") in cash, totaling 30% equity of Thailand Far East, with a transaction price of 204 million Thai baht, determined according to the book value of Thailand Far East's registered capital.
