ST LvKang evening announcement: The company recently received a notice from the Management Committee of Pucheng Industrial Park in Fujian Province regarding the relocation and land acquisition of the factory areas of LvKang Biochemical Co., Ltd. and Fujian Lu'ang Biological Pesticide Co., Ltd. in Nanpu Ecological Park. LvKang Biochemical currently has two factory areas located in Nanpu Ecological Park and Putan Biological Industry Park. Its holding subsidiary, Fujian Lu'ang Biological Pesticide Co., Ltd., is located in Nanpu Ecological Park. With the economic development of Pucheng County and the expansion of the urban area, residential areas are getting closer to Nanpu Ecological Park. In order to further implement the rectification of environmental protection inspection issues, effectively improve the air quality of the urban area, build a beautiful city, and accelerate the industrial agglomeration, according to the new round of industrial planning adjustments in Pucheng County, LvKang Biochemical's Nanpu factory area and Fujian Lu'ang Bio factory area will be relocated to Putan Biological Industry Park. As of now, the proposed relocation of LvKang Biochemical's Nanpu factory area and Fujian Lu'ang Bio factory area are still operating normally. Since a formal relocation compensation agreement has not been signed yet, the specific compensation amount is subject to the formal signing of the relocation compensation agreement.
