On July 30, 2025, Vice Chairman Zhou Haibing of the National Development and Reform Commission met with a delegation led by Rhodium Group Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the National Committee on US-China Trade Rotenberg, to have in-depth discussions on topics of mutual concern such as Sino-US economic and trade relations and foreign investment policies. Representatives from companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Odysseus Global Corporation, Boeing Global Group, Goldman Sachs Group, Apple Inc., and United Family Healthcare attended the meeting and exchanged views on their operations in China.
