On July 31st, according to the National Medical Products Administration, in order to implement the Decision of the State Council on Amending and Abolishing Some Administrative Regulations and the Notice of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of "Separation of Licenses and Certificates" to Further Stimulate the Development Vitality of Market Entities, the National Medical Products Administration organized the drafting of the "Regulations on the Filing Management of Internet Drug and Medical Device Information Services" and is now soliciting public opinions. The time for public consultation is from July 31, 2025 to August 30.
