Runjian Holdings joins hands with China Internet Network Information Center to explore the securitization of data assets in fields such as computing power and new energy, as well as the feasible paths for cross-border compliance.
Recently, Runjian Group and the Guangzhou Zhongwang Data Element Development Research Institute officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will work together to explore the securitization of data assets in the fields of computing power and new energy, as well as cross-border compliance feasible paths. This cooperation will focus on three main areas: firstly, jointly building a research platform for data assets RWA, constructing a cloud computing data asset securitization framework from the perspectives of business, data, finance, cross-border, and channels compliance; secondly, promoting the innovation of RWA products for specialty assets such as green electricity and carbon data, exploring pilot issuance paths in regions such as Hong Kong; thirdly, jointly expanding the international market, promoting the international landing of data asset value realization solutions. Both parties will also establish a special working group to accelerate the transformation of research results into industrial applications.
