Shenzhen accelerates the application of government artificial intelligence in open scenarios, with an annual special funding of up to 50 million yuan.

Reporters learned from the latest issue of the municipal government's public bulletin that the "Regulations on the Operation of Special Funds for Open Application Scenarios of Artificial Intelligence in Municipal Administration in Shenzhen" has recently come into effect. The regulations stipulate that the municipal administration and data management departments will set up a maximum of 50 million yuan each year as special funds for the open application scenarios of artificial intelligence in municipal administration, to promote the opening and application of urban governance and public services. According to the regulations, the special funds will be used to support companies in developing artificial intelligence applications based on open scenarios. The artificial intelligence products developed by the applying companies, which have been demonstrated to be feasible and put into use in actual scenarios, will be comprehensively scored. Based on the scoring results, the applying companies will be classified into different levels of financial support. The highest level will receive funding of up to 5 million yuan, the second highest level will receive funding of up to 3 million yuan, and the third highest level will receive funding of up to 1 million yuan.
