News from the Wisdom Financial APP, Huajian Medical (01931) announced that on July 30, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Huada Co-Win (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd (Huada Co-Win), jointly establishing the Huajian Huada Co-Win Innovative Drug Intellectual Property Tokenization Fund (IVD-BGI CoWin). This fund will invest in projects under the NewCo + RWA Web3 exchange ecosystem operation model in Hong Kong/United States or other overseas regions.
