From January to July 2025, the total sales of real estate enterprises in China decreased by 13.3%.

The latest release of the "2025 China Real Estate Enterprise Sales Performance Ranking from January to July" by the Zhongzhi Research Institute shows that from January to July 2025, the total sales of the TOP100 real estate companies in China amounted to 2,073.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.3%, with a 1.5 percentage point increase in the decrease from the previous month. In July alone, the sales of TOP100 real estate companies decreased by 18.2% year-on-year. During this period, companies such as Jianfa, China Jinmao, Binjiang Group, and Zhongjian Yipin showed strong performance. The average sales of the TOP10 real estate companies was 101.03 billion yuan, with a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%.
