Shaanxi Black Cat Announcement: The controlling shareholder of the company, Shaanxi Yellow River Mining, has released 56 million unrestricted tradable shares that were originally pledged to Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Xi'an Branch, accounting for 6.07% of its holdings and 2.74% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge was released on July 28th and July 29th, 2025. Currently, Yellow River Mining holds 922 million shares of the company, accounting for 45.14% of the total share capital. The remaining pledged shares amount to 393 million, representing 42.62% of its holdings and 19.24% of the total share capital of the company.
