Putai Lai: Shareholder Ningbo Shengyue continues to pledge renewal of 3.44% of the company's shares.

Pura Thai announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Liang Feng, and the consistent action person Ningbo Shengyue Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership, have partially released the pledge of shares and renewed the pledge agreement. The 19.42 million shares were released in this pledge, accounting for 8.43% of the shares held by them and 0.91% of the company's total share capital. The remaining 73.58 million shares were renewed for pledge, accounting for 31.95% of the shares held by them and 3.44% of the company's total share capital.
