Due to the impact of Typhoon "Zhu Jie Cao", at 10:30 this morning, Nantong City located at the mouth of the Yangtze River activated a level three flood control emergency response. Various rescue forces are on standby and water gates along the river and coast are working at full capacity to drain water and carry out defense work.
