BlackRock increases its holdings in China Gold International Resources Corp Ltd's H shares, with a proportion of more than five percent in its good warehouse.

According to information disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, BlackRock recently bought 1.2624 million shares of China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited H Shares, spending 25.5245 million Hong Kong dollars. In fact, BlackRock had been buying China Jinmao H shares as early as June, and had carried out multiple buy-sell transactions since then. Securities Times reporters also found that BlackRock had previously traded China Galaxy H shares multiple times. On July 29, the disclosure information showed that BlackRock bought 1.2624 million shares of China Jinmao's Hong Kong shares on July 22 at an average price of 20.2190 Hong Kong dollars per share. After this purchase, BlackRock holds a strong position in China Jinmao with 95.397 million shares, maintaining a holding percentage of over 5%; and a weak position of 7.5996 million shares, with a holding percentage of 0.40%.
