Recently, Huace Testing and Greece's Emicert company have signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake, with the expectation that the transfer of controlling rights will be completed in the third quarter of 2025. This strategic acquisition marks an important milestone for Huace Testing's entry into the European Union market in the field of sustainable development. By integrating Emicert's greenhouse gas audit qualifications in the EU, it fills the gap in Huace Testing's qualified assessment services in the EU for areas such as EU-ETS, CORSIA, IMO DCS, product carbon footprint, and carbon border adjustment mechanism.
