The reporter learned from the Beijing Water Authority that during this precipitation process, the Chaobai River Basin experienced 6 historical firsts. The inflow rate of the Miyun Reservoir was 6550 cubic meters per second at 3:00 on July 27th, exceeding the previous highest level of 3670 cubic meters per second since the reservoir was built. At 8:00 on the 28th, the inflow rate reached 4550 cubic meters per second, making it the second highest peak in history. The outflow rate of the Miyun Reservoir was 1120 cubic meters per second.
