On July 29, the National Conference on International Science and Technology Cooperation was held in Beijing. The meeting called for the implementation of the tasks deployed at the National Science and Technology Conference, with the strategic guidance of summit diplomacy, to accelerate the promotion of government-to-government and civil international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, to implement the "Belt and Road" Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan with high quality, to deepen the construction of an international research environment, to expand scientific and cultural exchanges, and other key tasks to accelerate the realization of high-level self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, and to make new and greater contributions to the comprehensive advancement of building a strong country with Chinese characteristics.
