On July 29th, the Tianjin Emergency Management Bureau issued a safety warning: from July 27th to 29th, Tianjin's Jizhou District experienced heavy rain and locally heavy rain, with the maximum rainfall reaching 295 millimeters. At the same time, the upper reaches of the Bo River also experienced extremely heavy rain, causing the Bo River to form the largest flood in hydrological records in seventy years. Thirteen villages along the Bo River in Jizhou District were flooded, and 10,527 people were urgently evacuated. We remind the public that the mountainous areas of Jizhou in Tianjin have swift-flowing torrents in the ravines, and the Chaobai River continues to rise, posing significant safety risks. Please stay away from rivers, reservoirs, and other water areas in the near future to ensure personal safety.
