Shaanxi "specialized and innovative" special board opening board

On July 29th, the national tour of "Chain-titanium innovation, future start" and the opening ceremony of the Shaanxi "specialized, refined, new" board for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote financing was held in Baoji, marking the official opening of the Shaanxi "specialized, refined, new" board. The first batch of 105 companies have joined the board, including 82 incubated companies, 13 standardized companies, and 10 cultivated companies, covering areas such as high-end manufacturing, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new materials, and new energy. The board will focus on policy aggregation, capital docking, standardized cultivation, and market incubation as its core functions. It will provide enterprises with a one-stop, multi-layered, comprehensive financial service ecosystem throughout the entire cycle, through services such as policy coordination, equity management, investment and financing docking, stock reform guidance, technology empowerment, management support, IPO escort plan, transfer to the New Third Board, and direct access to the stock exchange. During the event, representatives of 10 cultivated companies accepted the award on stage. At the same time, the Shaanxi Titanium Industry Upgrading Equity Investment Fund initiated by Shaanxi Financial Holdings Group announced its launch, and related banks, government departments, universities, and non-bank financial institutions reached agreements with titanium industry enterprises.
