On July 28th, Sichuan Scenic Area Development Group, Sichuan Urban Renewal Group, and Sichuan Shudao Rail Transit Group were officially established in Chengdu. Sichuan Scenic Area Development Group is a specialized scenic area group formed by integrating resources from the provincial tourism investment group, Sichuan Airlines Group, and the original provincial energy investment group. It is an important platform for the development and operation of provincial enterprise scenic resources. The group includes 9 4A-level scenic spots such as Luding Bridge and Yi Hai, as well as well-known tourist resources like Niubeishan. Sichuan Urban Renewal Group is wholly owned by Huaxi Group and is primarily focused on urban renewal business. It carries out core activities in urban renewal such as "evaluation, planning, design, investment, construction, and operation," and is involved in research and design, intelligent construction, industrial investment, and urban operation to build a complete industry chain ecosystem. Sichuan Shudao Rail Transit Group was established through the integration of Sichuan Development Corporation and Shudao Group's rail transit sector. As a specialized new-format rail transit enterprise, it is involved in new-format rail transit equipment manufacturing, investment, construction, operation, and related multiple business sectors.
