On July 29, the preparatory group of Guizhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. issued a public announcement on the establishment of Guizhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and decided to start the establishment of Guizhou Rural Commercial Bank. According to the announcement, on July 28, Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation held a general meeting of members, where they passed resolutions such as "deliberating on canceling the legal status of Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation and establishing Guizhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.", and decided to establish Guizhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. on the basis of the provincial federation, and authorized the preparatory group to employ qualified intermediary organizations to conduct due diligence, asset evaluation, and other related work on the provincial federation.
