The journalist learned from the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission that as of 16:00, due to the impact of rainfall, there were localized water accumulation on the road surface in Henan Village section of Pingyan Road in Shunyi District, and both directions were closed. In Huairou District, parts of Fanzhi Road in Huangshichai Village and the north side of Anzhouba No. 1 Bridge in the direction of entering Beijing from National Highway G111 Jingmo Line in Huairou District were closed.
