ST Road: Pingxiang Hui De plans to reduce its company's shares by no more than 3%

ST Lu Tong announced on the evening of July 27th that Pingxiang Huihe Enterprise Management Center, a specific shareholder holding 3.40% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2 million shares starting from August 18th to November 17th through centralized competitive trading, and by no more than 4 million shares through block trading.
