The Yangtze River Delta "Artificial Intelligence+" Data Innovation Application Joint Laboratory has been launched.

At the recent meeting of the members of the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute Alliance and the 2025 Annual Work Conference, the Yangtze River Delta "Artificial Intelligence+" Data Innovation Application Joint Laboratory was officially launched. According to reports, the laboratory will collaborate on the research and development of innovative products and solutions such as "trusted large models", and actively explore the digital application of artificial intelligence in vertical industries such as financial technology, culture and tourism, government affairs, communications, and the Internet, contributing to the development of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta. At the meeting, the Shanghai Software Information Application Technology Research and Development Transformation Expert Service Base was officially launched. Focusing on third-generation semiconductors for integrated circuits, the meeting also announced the release of high-voltage silicon carbide power devices for applications in smart grid.
