According to the Economic Information Daily app, data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that from January to June, the total profits of industrial enterprises above designated size in the country reached 3,436.50 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%. From January to June, among industrial enterprises above designated size, the total profits of state-owned holding enterprises reached 1,091.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.6%; the total profits of shareholding enterprises reached 2,533.04 billion yuan, a decrease of 3.1%; the total profits of foreign-invested enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan reached 882.31 billion yuan, an increase of 2.5%; the total profits of private enterprises reached 938.97 billion yuan, an increase of 1.7%.
