Wanchen Group personnel changes: Wang Jiankun resigns, nephew and niece appointed as chairman and general manager.

On July 26th, it was learned that the board of directors of Fujian Wanchen Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd., a wholesale snack company, recently received a written resignation report from the company's chairman, Wang Jiankun. The resignation report takes effect upon delivery to the board of directors, and Wang Jiankun no longer serves as the chairman of the fourth board of directors of the company, nor in any other position. At the same time, Wang Liqing was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors, and Wang Ze Ning was appointed as the general manager.
