China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation (CRSC) Chairman Lou Qiliang is carrying out a series of business activities in Dubai.

From July 24th to 25th, Lou Qiliang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Communications Construction, led a delegation to visit Zhang Yiming, the Ambassador of China to the United Arab Emirates, and Abdul Muhsen Ibrahim Kalbat, CEO of the Rail Department of the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority. They had in-depth discussions on promoting China-UAE rail transit cooperation, advancing key projects, and expanding cooperation in multiple fields. Abdul Muhsen Ibrahim Kalbat welcomed Lou Qiliang's visit and highly praised China Communications Construction's strong technical strength and rich project experience. He introduced the current operation of the Dubai Metro, ongoing projects, and future plans, looking forward to working together to ensure the high-quality completion of the Metro Blue Line project.
