JD Cloud officially open sources JoyAgent AI Agent

On July 26th, JD Cloud officially open-sourced the JoyAgent intelligent agent, which is the industry's first 100% open-source enterprise-level intelligent agent. It has achieved product-level open source, including front-end, back-end, frameworks, engines, and core sub-intelligent agents. Currently, there are over 20,000 intelligent agents within JD, covering areas such as retail, logistics, finance, industry, health, and more. These agents are used in scenarios such as intelligent customer service, logistics transportation, R&D efficiency, etc., helping employees improve work efficiency.
