According to CCTV International News, a Russian Angara Airlines Antonov An-24 passenger plane crashed in the Amur region of the Russian Far East on July 24th. The Russian Investigative Committee stated on the 24th that all people on board the crashed plane had died, and an investigation into the cause of the crash has been launched. The Governor of Amur region announced that the region will hold a three-day mourning event.
