The State Administration for Market Regulation unconditionally approves the establishment of a joint venture company between Hon Hai Precision Industry and SoftBank Group Corporation's overseas company.

The State Administration for Market Regulation released the list of concentration cases approved unconditionally from July 14 to July 20, 2025, including the case of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. and SoftBank Group Corporation's overseas company establishing a new joint venture.
