The eleventh batch of drug centralized procurement has been launched.

At the press conference held on July 24th by the State Council Information Office, Shi Zihai, deputy director of the National Healthcare Security Administration, stated that the 11th batch of centralized procurement work has been initiated recently. The National Medical Insurance Administration is studying and optimizing specific rules. In terms of the selection rules, the calculation "anchor point" of optimizing price differences will no longer simply use the lowest bid as a reference. At the same time, for the selected company with the lowest bid, the rationality of the bid must be publicly explained, and a commitment must be made to not bid below the cost.
