Recently, the Fixed Income Investment Director of Schroder Fund, Dan Kun, expressed his views on the bond market. He pointed out that from the perspective of the global capital market, two important changes are worth noting. First, the significant fluctuations in the US dollar index and the temporary strength of the Chinese yuan. Based on the performance of previous yuan appreciation cycles, domestic equity assets usually have better performance. Second, as the US dollar continues to decline, global capital is no longer solely favoring US dollar assets, and is increasingly increasing its allocation to Europe and emerging market countries. In addition, the current cautious pace of interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. Dan Kun believes that these trends in the global capital market are creating a favorable external environment for the capital markets in China, Hong Kong, and the mainland.
